If the image above is not showing a live shot, the problem is NOT with the camera or our website.  The "culprit" is most likely your browser and/or the version of Java that it is using.  Unfortunately, Microsoft and Sun MicroSystems (the maker of Java) released a new version intended for Vista machines, however XP machines are performing the automatic updates and installing a new version of Java that does not work with some browsers.

You can FIRST UNINSTALL JAVA (under Control Panel/Add Remove Programs) and then go to this link http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp

Install it, reboot your machine and it should work.  If it DOES fix your issue, be sure to turn automatic windows updates OFF so that it does not throw new updates of Java into your machine which may cause the problem again.

If this fix does not solve your issue you can go to www.Java.com and try downloading the very newest Java.  They are aware of the issue and sooner or later will resolve it.
